Returning for its 11th episode, our Coaching Unpacked series is being enjoyed all over the world in helping improve understanding about how powerful coaching can be.
In this episode, we delve into the intricacies of coaching conversations, particularly focusing on how to effectively share evidence with coachees who may disagree. We emphasise the importance of precise observational techniques and note-taking, as well as the need for building trust and relationships in coaching.
Through a role-playing exercise, we illustrate how to navigate disagreements and foster a collaborative environment for professional growth. The conversation highlights the significance of understanding different perspectives and the role of evidence in driving student learning outcomes.
That's it for your Sunday EduPulse Round Up; have an amazing week and remember to look after yourselves!
